The Role
As Abridge experiences rapid growth, we are searching for a Senior Product Operations Manager who will play a pivotal role in scaling our product organization with excellence. You will be instrumental in driving clarity, optimizing execution, and enabling our product managers and development teams to concentrate on delivering value to users. On a daily basis, you will work closely with our Builders organization, serving as a vital operating partner to product leadership while reporting to Operations for enhanced discipline, alignment, and cross-functional collaboration. This is a hands-on, impactful position for a methodical thinker with a strong sense of urgency who enjoys constructing the operational framework of a world-class product organization.
Reporting to the VP of Product, you will transform product objectives into actionable strategies, keeping the roadmap as a definitive reference, and ensuring that product launches, communications, and enablement initiatives proceed seamlessly.
What You’ll Do
Planning & Alignment
Sustain the product organization’s single sources of truth, including a dynamic roadmap, goals, and feedback tracking.
Develop a product operating system that anticipates needs proactively.
Facilitate quarterly roadmap evaluations, gathering cross-functional insights and preparing for comprehensive reviews.
Disseminate product updates throughout the organization (e.g., newsletters, All Hands), ensuring clarity and uniformity.
Launch Operations & GTM Enablement
Implement launch strategies that guarantee successful product introductions.
Coordinate go-to-market enablement efforts to ensure all teams are aligned and informed.
