You will be responsible for the integrated program plan and timeline that will bring the MO/GO to our customers.Key Responsibilities:Oversee the integrated hardware program plan encompassing mechanical, electrical, firmware, software, and supply chain components — from initial prototypes through EVT, DVT, PVT, and scaling up to over 10,000 units shipped within the next 18 months.Develop a roadmap for our hardware and cross-functional delivery milestones for the next five years, including support for multiple product lines.Facilitate structured milestone reviews, maintain risk registers, and keep decision logs to ensure that all significant developments are documented and addressed.Collaborate with hardware engineers to analyze subsystem trade-offs such as actuators, sensors, and power systems, translating findings into program-level decisions and timeline implications.Manage the software-hardware interface by coordinating between firmware, embedded systems, mobile app, and cloud teams to guarantee seamless integration across the entire stack.
