You will serve as the vital link between Cognition and the wider developer ecosystem by organizing events, nurturing advocates, and introducing Devin to universities and developer communities globally.This is not your typical community manager position. We seek an individual with substantial technical expertise—ideally a developer or engineer—who can authentically engage with software engineers, demonstrate Devin and Windsurf in practical workflows, and design initiatives that resonate with a deeply technical audience. You'll be responsible for crafting and executing our community programs from the ground up, creating something entirely new at Cognition.This role is perfect for someone who thrives at the intersection of engineering and community engagement.Core ResponsibilitiesExpand Cognition's developer ambassador program by recruiting, onboarding, and supporting technical advocates who promote Devin in their communities.Organize and execute developer events such as hackathons, meetups, demo days, and conference activations to showcase Devin's capabilities to engineering audiences.Develop and manage university programs, including campus ambassador networks, workshop series, and collaborations with computer science departments and student engineering organizations.Produce engaging technical content and resources, including tutorials, demo scripts, and workshop materials to assist developers in understanding and adopting Devin.
