This role will define how Base engages online, from daily discussions on crypto Twitter to extensive ecosystem storytelling.You will be tasked with crafting the social strategy, producing and disseminating high-impact content, and directly engaging with builders, creators, and the wider crypto community. The ideal candidate will have a keen understanding of internet culture, thrive in fast-paced environments, and possess the ability to distill complex ideas into posts that resonate with crypto-savvy audiences.This position sits at the crossroads of marketing, ecosystem growth, and communications. You will collaborate closely with teams across Base and Coinbase to spotlight builders, launch initiatives, and ensure that Base's voice remains credible, relevant, and deeply integrated into the on-chain dialogue.Key Responsibilities:Lead Social Strategy: Design and implement Base’s social media strategy across platforms such as X, Farcaster, and emerging crypto-centric networks. Influence how Base participates in daily discussions and significant industry events.Team Leadership: Manage the Base social media team, supporting their workflow and development.
