We embrace a hybrid work model, requiring you to be in the office three days a week, and we provide relocation assistance for new team members.Your ResponsibilitiesIntegrate with the Platform product team as a valued collaborator, identifying opportunities to enhance developer experience, reliability, and growth.Establish key performance indicators across the developer journey (activation, retention, growth), along with latency and cost benchmarks for new features and models.Design, execute, and analyze A/B tests and controlled rollouts for new model versions, pricing strategies, API enhancements, and B2B product launches.Create comprehensive dashboards and self-service data tools for product, engineering, and go-to-market teams.Translate product insights into actionable feedback for the Research team, addressing areas such as failure modes and model evaluation gaps.Ideal Candidate Profile5+ years of experience in a quantitative role within dynamic, high-growth environments (experience with platforms, APIs, or B2B products is a plus).Proficient in SQL and Python, with a proven track record of proposing, designing, and conducting rigorous experiments.Demonstrated ability to define and operationalize metrics from inception, including reliability, latency, cost, and safety considerations.Exceptional communication skills to collaborate effectively with product managers, engineers, and executives.Strong strategic instincts that go beyond statistical analysis—capable of making informed decisions about trade-offs and business impacts.Preferred QualificationsBackground in developer experience and B2B product optimization.
