We are committed to fostering an inclusive and equitable environment that values our differences and supports all team members.Your Responsibilities:Drive the development of key structural airframe assemblies from initial design through certification and into manufacturing.Utilize extensive knowledge of load paths, design best practices, and hand calculations to create robust structural configurations.Provide technical leadership on design concepts, balancing risk, cost, and performance considerations.Ensure structural integrity through static strength, stiffness, stability, fatigue, durability, damage tolerance, and other requirements using hand calculations and finite element analysis, supported by testing.Prepare and disseminate stress analysis documentation.Assist in design reviews and parts release processes.Support component and assembly testing, including the definition, planning, requirements, and report generation.Conduct analyses to support Material Review Board (MRB) activities.Review and authorize design dispositions and analysis substantiations throughout the product lifecycle.Collaborate with design, manufacturing, quality, and supply chain teams to identify process improvements and conduct root cause analyses.Engage with suppliers and engineers across various disciplines throughout the product development lifecycle from prototypes to high-rate production.
