Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with team leads, suppliers, and engineers across design, stress, and materials & processes to develop airframe structures throughout the product development lifecycle.
- Design, develop, and execute testing protocols for both composite and metallic structures.
- Create test fixtures and setups utilizing CAD software, specifically NX.
- Conduct structural analysis of airframe components using established handbook methodologies and Finite Element Analysis (FEA).
- Correlate test findings with predictive models to ensure accuracy and reliability.
- Prepare comprehensive technical documentation, including analysis reports, test plans, and results documentation.
