ePlus Inc. is looking for a Business Development Associate based in or near San Ramon, CA. This position follows a hybrid work schedule.
The Business Development Associate will support business development efforts, manage renewals, and grow sales of Managed Services within an established customer base. The role also includes identifying new Annuity Services opportunities as assigned by the Senior Director of Services Business Development. This work helps increase awareness, supports training, and builds sales pipelines across both direct and indirect sales channels.
Main Responsibilities
- Serve as the main point of contact in the territory, driving measurable growth for ePlus Managed Services.
- Review and prioritize sales activities within existing accounts to encourage renewals and support account growth.
- Work with the field sales team to improve training and skill development for Managed Services sales.
- Lead demand generation campaigns for Managed Services alongside the field sales organization.
- Coordinate with ePlus field sales and services leadership to align business strategies.
- Help develop joint marketing plans and suggest tactics that support scheduled field initiatives.

This role is based in San Ramon, CA, with a hybrid in-office and remote schedule.
