Role overview
The Clinical Skills Program Lead shapes the professional development of the organ operations team in San Ramon, CA. This role works with Clinical Skills Trainers and the Director of Clinical Skills & Practices to design and manage Clinical Skills and Practices (CSP) programs.
Key responsibilities
- Create, deliver, and evaluate performance-based training curricula for clinical staff
- Lead train-the-trainer and mentorship initiatives
- Organize and schedule training sessions
- Drive continuous improvement to ensure programs meet industry standards and organizational quality goals
- Identify and address areas for growth in both individual and organizational performance
- Champion changes that strengthen the effectiveness of Clinical Skills and Practices programs and operations
