This role provides a unique opportunity to gain comprehensive insights into the entire consumer product lifecycle, from sourcing and product development to packaging, manufacturing, compliance, marketing, and retail strategy—all within a collaborative environment.
Role Summary
The Chief Growth Officer will spearhead our digital demand generation initiatives across direct-to-consumer platforms, TikTok Shop, Amazon, and paid social channels. This pivotal role is focused on driving profitable customer acquisition, enhancing customer lifetime value (LTV), scaling creator-driven performance, optimizing customer acquisition cost (CAC) and marketing efficiency ratio (MER), and cultivating a high-output creative and media engine that is compliant and predictable.
The ideal candidate possesses a multifaceted skill set that merges performance marketing, creative strategy, data analysis, and cross-functional leadership. You will be expected to evolve marketing from a rapid, agile model to an institutional-grade, multi-channel growth engine capable of supporting a business scaling beyond $100 million while ensuring margin discipline.
The perfect fit will have substantial experience in direct-to-consumer acquisition, paid social strategies, TikTok Shop, Amazon attribution, creator partnerships, and full-funnel performance architecture.
