Reporting directly to the Regional Lead for Water & Wastewater, this position ensures alignment with both regional objectives and firm-wide standards. The Area Lead will actively engage in project execution, client interaction, and team coordination, acting as a crucial liaison between technical personnel, other Area and Discipline Leads, and regional leadership.

The Senior Project Director aids the Area Lead by supervising portfolio performance, mentoring Project Managers and Project Directors, and spearheading strategic business development initiatives within their portfolio.
