You will be responsible for establishing, monitoring, and being accountable for key Service Level Objectives (SLOs) and Service Level Indicators (SLIs), alongside improving our incident response protocols.Create and advocate for an internal developer platform that significantly enhances developer productivity, optimizes our build/test/deploy cycles, and offers a premier experience for all engineering teams.Application & Product DeliveryExpand your role to lead, mentor, and scale multiple application engineering teams, taking full ownership of their roadmaps, execution, and quality standards.Steer the technical delivery of key enterprise-grade B2B SaaS features, such as permissions management, public APIs, core integrations, and reporting functionalities.Collaborate closely with Product Management and Design to ensure your teams are delivering the right solutions, managing technical debt effectively, and maintaining high-quality standards.
