Position Overview
We are on the lookout for skilled and passionate Electrical Engineers to enhance our dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and testing essential electrical systems integral to our robotic platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Design and validate advanced power electronics systems, including battery management, power distribution, and protective circuitry.
Develop motor driver circuits and control mechanisms to achieve precise robotic movements and actuation.
Create and implement robust sensor integration systems utilizing IMUs, encoders, hall sensors, temperature sensors, and more.
Produce detailed circuit designs, schematics, and PCB layouts using leading EDA tools.
Conduct circuit simulations and analyses to validate designs before moving to prototyping.
Perform hardware testing, debugging, and optimization to ensure high performance and reliability.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including mechanical, firmware, and software engineers.
Assist in system integration and troubleshooting throughout development and testing phases.
Document designs, testing procedures, and engineering specifications meticulously.
Support the transition of designs from prototype to production-ready with a focus on DFM/DFA considerations.
Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field is required.
A minimum of 3 years of relevant industrial experience in electrical system design for complex products.
Proficient in digital electronics, including experience with microcontrollers and communication protocols such as SPI, I2C, CAN, etc.
Strong expertise in PCB design and layout using tools like Altium, Eagle, or KiCad.
Familiarity with circuit simulation tools such as LTspice, PSpice, or similar.
Excellent troubleshooting and debugging skills for intricate hardware systems.
Outstanding documentation and communication skills.
Ability to thrive in collaborative and fast-paced environments.
