We take pride in delivering exceptional service.Key Duties and ResponsibilitiesCompose comprehensive and accurate estimates/supplements in line with company and insurance protocols.Capture detailed images of vehicle damage while engaging clients regarding the circumstances of the collision.Order parts, verify their availability, and ensure the appropriate discounts from vendors are applied.Monitor and document vehicle progress throughout the repair process, updating statuses in the production schedule.Allocate labor to technicians, ensuring both efficiency and accuracy.Communicate with customers regarding the collision repair process, insurance claims, timelines, and repair methodologies.Conduct daily briefings with the front office team to guarantee accurate information dissemination.Review and finalize supplements prior to vehicle delivery.Ensure insurance supplements are correctly scanned and attached in the estimating system.Verify that all labor is assigned and that all parts have been received and invoiced.Perform quality control checks before vehicle delivery to confirm all repairs align with company standards.Deliver vehicles, explaining the repairs completed and addressing customer inquiries.Prepare and upload documentation for final billing, ensuring proper notes are completed.Execute other estimating and support tasks as directed by management.
