About the Role
Join Clarify as an Account Executive, where you will oversee the complete sales and customer journey—from prospect identification and deal closing to customer onboarding, retention, and growth. Collaborate closely with our Head of GTM to develop our sales playbook, streamline processes, and ensure our customers achieve success with Clarify.
What You Will Do
Identify, qualify, and engage potential customers while conducting demos and finalizing sales.
Manage renewals, expansions, and upsells within your portfolio of clients.
Communicate customer insights to our product and engineering teams to shape our future offerings.
Enhance and optimize sales and customer success processes for scalable growth.
Experiment with various go-to-market strategies, utilizing both outbound and inbound marketing techniques.
Establish and monitor key performance metrics such as revenue growth, customer retention, and satisfaction levels.
Your Background
A minimum of 2 years in SaaS sales or account management.
Proficient in discovery processes, product demos, and value-based selling.
Ability to discuss technical solutions and business outcomes with clients effectively.
Self-motivated and able to thrive in a dynamic, ownership-driven environment.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
Enthusiastic about AI, automation, and enhancing sales/customer workflows.
Bonus: Familiarity with CRM tools, AI solutions, or sales automation software.
Bonus: Experience with early-stage startups.
Compensation
On-target earnings of $150,000 to $200,000 based on experience.
