In this position, you will be tasked with circuit design, power distribution, sensor integration, and PCB development, ensuring that our products meet stringent performance and reliability standards. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to merge electrical systems with mechanical, software, and autonomy components, playing a vital role in bringing innovative technology to market.This position requires specialized knowledge in electrical engineering; however, at BRINC, our Senior Engineers are also adept problem solvers. You will take ownership of our most challenging technical issues and excel in a dynamic, collaborative environment where flexibility and adaptability are essential.Key Responsibilities:Oversee the entire hardware development process from specifications through design, prototyping, testing, and manufacturing.Collaborate effectively with software, mechanical, perception, controls, and manufacturing engineers.Design both flight hardware and testing setups to validate designs.Establish high-level design architectures and implementation strategies for the team, clearly communicating design choices to internal stakeholders.Conduct and document design analysis and testing outcomes; leverage data-driven insights to finalize key product features.Work closely with product partners to ensure the end product aligns with design intentions and meets customer requirements.Provide technical leadership and mentorship to the broader electrical engineering team.
