Role overview
The Principal Product Manager for Conversation Intelligence will lead the roadmap for the Kaia platform. This position focuses on shaping product strategy to optimize sales representative workflows and drive global growth in the B2B SaaS space. The role requires a track record of launching products that deliver measurable customer impact and contribute to revenue momentum.
What you will do
- Oversee and refine the product roadmap for the Kaia conversation intelligence platform
- Develop strategies to improve sales representative efficiency and workflow
- Work to deliver features that help sales teams access real-time content, buyer insights, and analytics during meetings
- Enable sales representatives to focus on buyer engagement by reducing manual note-taking and administrative tasks
- Support sales leaders with transparent deal visibility and AI-driven analytics for coaching and performance management
Requirements
- Extensive experience in product management within B2B SaaS
- Proven ability to launch impactful products at scale
- Strong background in driving product adoption and revenue growth
