Role Overview The Salesforce Architect will oversee one of the most complex Salesforce ecosystems in the public safety sector. This includes Sales Cloud, CPQ, Billing, e-Commerce, and integrations with Microsoft D365. Location and Schedule Hybrid position based in a US office (Seattle, Washington, United States) In-office presence required four days per week (Tuesday through Friday) What You Will Do Define and govern Salesforce technical architecture across the company, including standards for design patterns, data modeling, integration strategies, and platform security. Lead solution design and architecture reviews for new features, integrations, and platform updates, focusing on scalability, performance, and maintainability. Own the integration strategy connecting Salesforce with Microsoft D365, revenue systems, and other enterprise platforms, using REST/SOAP APIs and event-driven methods. Establish and enforce coding standards, DevOps practices, and release management processes. Work closely with Business Analysts, Sales Operations, Finance, and other stakeholders to deliver business value.
