The Senior Administrative Assistant at Berkadia plays a crucial role in supporting our Investment Sales team by managing vital administrative tasks that allow them to concentrate on increasing deal volume. This position involves essential administrative duties such as coordinating and prioritizing daily operations as necessary.
We are Innovators shaping the future of Commercial Real Estate, so in this role, you will:
- Act as a liaison between brokers and team members.
- Assist with deal-related tasks, scheduling, and organizational needs.
- Coordinate and execute administrative functions to enhance workflow and boost production.
- Input data into the company’s CRM as well as Excel pipelines and reports.
- Utilize Microsoft Office Suite to prepare reports, presentations, and organizational charts.
- Prepare and submit expense reports for brokers.
- Prioritize assignments to ensure timely completion with a keen focus on quality.
- Safeguard confidentiality and security of sensitive information.
- Process and distribute a high volume of both internal and external correspondence.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
We Pursue Excellence, and to succeed in this role, you should possess:
- Advanced proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook; Salesforce experience preferred.
- Experience in commercial real estate is a plus.
- The adaptability to work under tight deadlines in a collaborative environment.
- A strong attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and stay organized.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- The capability to interact effectively with all levels of internal and external management and staff.
- A high degree of sensitivity to confidential matters.
- A high school diploma or GED.
- 7 to 10 years of prior experience in a similar administrative role.
