Team Overview: Connected Warfare Division
The Connected Warfare Division creates mission-critical systems for global command and control. The team integrates robotics, sensor networks, and software to form connected mesh ecosystems, supporting rapid, informed decisions for military partners. The Mission Command team delivers software that connects to a wide range of endpoints worldwide, supporting operational effectiveness.
Role Overview: Senior Solutions Architect
This Senior Solutions Architect role sits within the Mission Command division. The position bridges engineering, program management, and business development. The architect works directly with customers from the outset, gathering requirements and shaping proposal packages, roadmaps, staffing plans, and demonstrations to secure new programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Define requirements for complex programs and create engineering and staffing plans that meet customer needs and timelines.
- Design presentations, responses to RFIs, and white paper templates for other Solutions Architects to use as starting points.
- Serve as a trusted partner to growth and engineering teams, representing Mission Command’s current capabilities and future possibilities to senior government clients and partner leadership.
- Develop strategies for exercises that improve the likelihood of winning future opportunities, then lead and oversee large-scale exercise implementations.
- Work with external companies to plan prototypes that combine capabilities, leading delivery of these prototypes alongside engineering teams.
- Demonstrate autonomy in task completion and take ownership of multiple complex deliverables.
- Be recognized across Anduril as a key resource for the Mission Command division.
