ABOUT THE ROLE
As an integral part of Anduril's Talent Acquisition team, you will play a crucial role in our talent management strategy as we embark on rapid growth. Your responsibilities will include working closely with Production leaders to identify hiring requirements, drive process enhancements, and maintain a high standard of talent acquisition. You will be empowered to execute and cultivate Anduril's elite workforce, thriving in a dynamic team where every contribution matters.
This position is hybrid based in Seattle, WA, and is a 6-month contract with the potential to extend up to 2 years, along with opportunities for full-time employment based on performance and business needs.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Serve as an expert in candidate sourcing techniques and tools for data retrieval, extraction, web-scraping, and process improvement.
- Conduct candidate interviews, showcasing a keen understanding of hiring manager preferences to achieve strong interview-to-offer ratios.
- Engage passive candidates through platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter, Gem, Boolean strings, and referral campaigns.
- Promote diversity within the talent pool while ensuring an exceptional candidate experience at every interaction.
- Create talent maps to gather market insights that inform recruitment strategies.
- Act as a representative of Anduril's brand and recruitment team both internally and externally.
- Utilize internal resources to enhance strategies around communicating our value proposition.
