Product at Brex
The Product team is pivotal to Brex's mission of empowering employees everywhere to make informed financial choices. Our team aligns cross-functional groups, Engineering, Legal, Compliance, and Design, on crucial decisions, steering the strategy and guiding products from inception through launch, facilitating rapid growth and helping our clients achieve their potential.
Your Role
As a Staff Product Manager in Growth, you will leverage the vast potential to develop tech-enabled infrastructure and applications that enhance go-to-market (GTM) productivity, as measured by pipeline dollars, conversion rates, customer activation, retention, and, ultimately, revenue. You will lead essential initiatives in collaboration with dedicated Engineering and Design teams, along with various cross-functional partners, to create tools, infrastructure, and applications that propel Brex's revenue growth and customer retention.
Brex is pioneering the re-architecture of its GTM systems utilizing modern, AI-enhanced infrastructure. You will work closely with a dedicated engineering team and cross-functional leaders to design and build scalable systems that enhance productivity and revenue leverage throughout the sales funnel.
This includes initiatives such as:
- AI Agents in GTM Workflows, creating, deploying, and refining autonomous agents that manage prospecting, lead qualification, customer onboarding, and lifecycle engagement.
- Intelligent Outbound and Lifecycle Automation, developing systems that dynamically tailor outreach timing, channels, and messaging based on real-time insights.
- Pipeline Optimization, enhancing visibility and management of the sales pipeline to drive efficiency and effectiveness across teams.
