Role overview
The Infrastructure Engineering team is hiring a Staff Systems Engineer with a focus on mergers and acquisitions (M&A) integration. This position leads the technical process of incorporating newly acquired companies into Anduril’s infrastructure. The scope includes every stage of integration: discovery, technical evaluation, migration, and continued support after the initial transition.
What you will do
- Design, implement, and refine procedures for integrating acquisitions into Anduril’s systems.
- Work directly with founders, executives, and technical staff to create architectural frameworks and strategic roadmaps for integration.
- Take on hands-on engineering tasks throughout the integration process as needed.
- Partner with stakeholders such as the M&A program team, Client Engineering, and Business Systems & Applications to define and enhance integration engineering practices.
- Develop repeatable, benchmarked processes and participate in post-mortem reviews to drive ongoing improvements.
- Spot gaps in discovery, migration, or testing tools, and either build these tools or coordinate their development with others.
- Work closely with Security and Client Engineering teams, drawing on strong systems, networking, and security experience.
