The Technical Recruiter joins Axon’s Global Talent Acquisition team, focusing on full-cycle recruitment for experienced professionals who share Axon’s mission. This hybrid position is based in Seattle, with onsite work expected Tuesday through Friday and remote work on Mondays unless otherwise arranged. In-person collaboration is a priority to support teamwork, mentorship, and shared achievements.
What you will do
Oversee the entire recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to extending offers, for multiple teams across Axon.
