Who We Are Looking For A candidate skilled in structuring complex data into intuitive and visual user interfaces. Experience in identifying and articulating customer needs through quantitative and qualitative data. A proven ability to persuade and collaborate with team members to achieve an exceptional customer experience through logical communication. Experience in proactively identifying the causes of inefficiencies and implementing effective improvements to reduce resource usage. Familiarity with Web UI principles. Experience in leading the redesign of technology-driven products to enhance user experience. Direct experience designing internal web products or data analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Leanplum, Amplitude) is a plus.
