Participate in the entire product development lifecycle, from initial development to addressing quality issues post-mass production. When necessary, analyze and improve Android internal operations (AOSP, system services, etc.). Validate collaborating manufacturing partners through pre-audits and inspect quality from a 4M perspective during EVT/DVT/PVT and initial mass production stages, tracking unresolved issues for improvement. Analyze HW and reliability failures during the development phase, identify root causes using 5-Why and 8D methodologies, and lead the CAPA process from root cause analysis to prevention of recurrence. Establish and operate shipping (OQC) and incoming (IQC) quality standards, defining and continuously monitoring key metrics such as Yield, DPPM, and FFR. Control 4M changes during mass production through the DCR process, managing the entire process from PCR to ECN and BOM/SOP changes, leading mass production implementation post-verification. Monitor quality based on FFR post-launch, analyze and reproduce on-site issues to identify causes, and incorporate findings into mass production processes and future product designs. Who We Are Looking For HW QA Experience: We seek someone with experience managing QA/quality in consumer electronics with display/camera functions, IoT devices, or embedded hardware products, leading quality standards establishment and verification from development to mass production. Familiarity with various electronic measurement instruments is a plus. Collaboration with Manufacturing Partners (EMS/ODM): Experience in managing quality processes of external manufacturing partners and utilizing structured methodologies like 5-Why and 8D for root cause analysis and issue resolution is essential.
