Your leadership will be pivotal in driving pipeline development, revenue generation, and the expansion of our key customer accounts. In this role, you will define and refine our sales strategies, gather valuable customer insights to shape our product roadmap, and spearhead revenue growth in your designated territory.What You'll Achieve:Lead a dedicated team of Account Executives through the complete sales cycle, including prospecting, account development, customer expansion, and renewals.Develop and execute a strategic plan for your territory to optimize revenue generation and retention.Oversee the implementation of your team’s strategy, including forecasting and pipeline management.Collaborate with cross-functional partners to create effective playbooks and define our sales approach.Engage with our exceptional user base to deliver outstanding customer experiences.Cultivate executive-level relationships both internally and externally.Work collaboratively with various internal teams, including sales, customer success, and operations, to achieve shared goals.Skills You'll Need to Bring:A minimum of 7 years of comprehensive sales experience in a rapidly growing software environment.At least 3 years in a leadership role within a sales organization in a high-growth software company.Proven leadership skills with a focus on building cross-functional collaboration and driving team success.
