The Central FP&A team at Toss, part of Viva Republica, connects financial analysis with strategic decision-making for the entire Toss community and its subsidiaries. This group works closely with finance teams across all subsidiaries, including FP&A, Accounting, and Tax, as well as product, business, IR, Corporate Development, and Legal teams. AI tools and automation play a key role in their daily work. What you will do Analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual performance to uncover insights that support business decisions. Investigate changes in key financial metrics, revenue, expenses, operating profit, and net income, down to the business driver level. Identify which business, product, or cost levers to prioritize to meet targets, proposing next steps and key questions for leadership. Model financial outcomes for new business initiatives, product launches, pricing changes, and investment decisions. Develop scenarios that consider impacts on profit and loss, cash flow, capital requirements, and tax, both for individual subsidiaries and the consolidated group. Present financial models that clarify assumptions and limitations, even when data is incomplete or uncertain. Lead the creation and management of annual and mid-to-long-term financial plans for the Toss community, integrating KPIs, budgets, and capital plans from each subsidiary. Translate annual plans for each subsidiary into actionable steps aligned with Toss’s long-term goals. Improve tools and processes to make analysis and reporting more efficient, using AI, dashboards, and automation to reduce repetitive work. Continuously refine financial models so they remain clear, robust, and easy to update as business complexity grows. Requirements At least 5 years of experience in FP&A, management accounting, strategy, corporate planning, or investment analysis. Strong financial modeling skills, with a solid grasp of how profit and loss, balance sheet, and cash flow connect for scenario analysis. Ability to spot discrepancies in financial data, understand root causes, and outline future options from a business driver perspective. Skill in turning complex or incomplete data into formats ready for decision-making. Proactive communication skills, with the ability to engage a wide range of stakeholders and build consensus. Creative approach to improving processes, not just following established methods but designing better ones. Preferred experience Background in tackling complex financial and strategic issues at professional firms such as Investment Banking, Strategy Consulting, or PE/VC, or within rapidly growing companies. Experience working with multiple entities or subsidiaries.
