About the Team You'll Join The JP Growth Silo is a dedicated team focused on designing and executing growth strategies for Toss Securities in Japan through user engagement, marketing, and product development. We operate as a small agile unit where Product Owners, Product Designers, Data Analysts, Server, and Frontend developers collaborate closely. Our approach involves setting weekly goals, executing, learning, and scaling to enhance our product continuously. We make data-driven decisions and are guided by clear metrics, including user acquisition, engagement, retention, and revenue growth. Your Responsibilities Implement various actions necessary for Toss Securities to successfully penetrate the Japanese market, laying the groundwork for it to become the leading investment platform in Japan. Beyond growth aspects, you will identify fundamental hypotheses and items that can innovate the Japanese investment market through research, marketing, events, and experiments. Conduct in-depth observations of Japanese users to discover Product-Market Fit and Value Proposition essential for transitioning products from 0 to 1. Focus on creating Tipping Points that change user behavior rather than just detailed improvements. Identify blockers hindering business success and validate solutions through various experiments to enhance the business. Who We're Looking For Experience in creating impactful events or growth products in the Japanese market is essential. A proven track record in managing organizational priorities considering the company's North Star Metric is required. Experience in performance and content marketing is a must. Experience in managing products with long-term roadmaps, in addition to event/growth products, is a plus. A background in transitioning products from 0 to 1 and responding quickly to rapidly changing situations would be advantageous.
