The Opportunity
As a Float Phlebotomist and Administrative Assistant, also known as a Flex One Medical Lab Services Specialist and Member Support Specialist, you will play a vital role in providing an outstanding experience for our patients. Your responsibilities will include performing venipuncture and offering essential clinical support services. You will act as a patient ambassador, fostering meaningful connections and demonstrating a strong commitment to service excellence. Your role will involve eliminating barriers to care, ensuring that every patient enjoys a remarkable experience within our office. You will maintain the aesthetic and welcoming atmosphere of the office lobby in alignment with the One Medical brand, serving as the first point of contact for patients while also assisting the Practice Coordinator, Operations Manager, or providers as needed. Our Flex Lab Services Specialists support multiple offices within a market.
Collaboration and innovative problem-solving are key attributes for this position. You will combine your exceptional specimen collection skills with compassionate interpersonal interactions at the front desk and in the lab. Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential, along with a keen ability to identify opportunities and provide customer-centric solutions.
