About the Role:
As the China Project & Operations Manager, you will spearhead the comprehensive launch of our product in China. This involves managing the execution roadmap, ensuring compliance across operations, and rallying global functional teams (including Product, Tech, Legal, Marketing, Finance, and Support) along with local partners to achieve a seamless and scalable market entry.
This role demands a proactive and strategic thinker who thrives in fast-paced environments, adeptly managing ambiguity and driving results through influence. As China is a key growth market, you will be at the forefront of establishing our launch and scaling operations from day one, gaining visibility and ownership while rapidly advancing as a cross-functional leader.
Key Responsibilities:
- China Launch Program Management & Execution:
- Lead the creation of the China launch master plan, outlining milestones, dependencies, risks, and timelines.
- Ensure timely and high-quality cross-functional execution with global teams.
- Establish regular execution rhythms such as weekly progress reviews and risk assessments.
- Maintain consistent communication with global stakeholders through structured reporting and updates.
- Manage cross-functional dependencies with HQ and local marketing teams for effective launch readiness.
- Oversee product and tech localization, ensuring alignment with the overall launch roadmap, and escalate any risks impacting the timeline.
