Responsibilities:
Lead and guide the project team to achieve overall project objectives, ensuring alignment with the steering team and project sponsor, as documented in the Project Charter. Develop a comprehensive Project Management Plan based on findings from previous projects, including Lessons Learned and Best Practices, when applicable.
Execute the agreed-upon project management plan with the project team and necessary resources while adhering to basic project management guidelines tailored to project needs.
Scope of Work:
1. Oversee project management according to FLOW and lead the project team.
2. Facilitate weekly project team meetings to monitor key indicators and ensure project targets are met.
3. Continuously trace and adjust the project milestone plan.
4. Regularly track requirements management and provide status reports.
5. Conduct monthly assessments of project risks and implement appropriate mitigation strategies.
6. Track and adjust project budgets monthly, ensuring product cost targets are met.
7. Prepare for bi-weekly steering committee meetings.
8. Participate in project reviews of sub-projects.
9. Report project progress and status to the customer, collaborating with the customer team.
