Role Overview Gotham Enterprises is hiring a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) to join the remote behavioral health team. This full-time position is based in Kentucky and operates entirely via telehealth. Therapists work Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, providing support to clients from the comfort of their own workspace. Location: Remote , Shelbyville, Kentucky, United States Salary: $115,000–$120,000 per year Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM Employment Type: Full-Time What You Will Do Lead virtual therapy sessions with individuals, couples, and families. Conduct clinical assessments and set treatment goals tailored to each client. Support clients as they work through relationship issues, behavioral concerns, and family dynamics. Create and update treatment plans as clients progress. Document each session accurately and on time. Follow all clinical, ethical, and regulatory guidelines.
