Promote continuous improvement and teamwork within the group. Participate in SWAT team meetings to help cross-functional teams resolve issues. Observe processes to confirm fair and consistent labor time standards. Maintain resource plans to support ongoing production needs. Validate routing processes and submit change requests to process planning when necessary. Conduct contract reviews to confirm production readiness per the Manufacturing Readiness Assessment.
