Your primary goal will be to deliver a speedy, dependable, and high-quality customer experience while supporting our partners through your attention to detail, efficiency, and strong operational discipline. You will independently resolve standard scenarios, appropriately escalate issues, and meet performance expectations regarding quality and productivity.Your Team:As part of our dynamic team, you will handle various support interactions and incoming phone orders with accuracy and efficiency while meeting service level expectations. You will document all interactions thoroughly, including notes, tagging, and outcomes, while identifying when to escalate matters for faster resolutions. Collaboration with your peers, Team Leads, and senior members will be essential to ensure consistency and excellence across the team. You will also be expected to support your teammates during busy periods while maintaining high standards for quality assurance and productivity.Important Details:This is a full-time, on-site position requiring 40 hours of work per week. Each shift lasts 8 hours and is scheduled during the evening or night (2nd and 3rd shifts), specifically between 4 PM and 7 AM.
