This involves conducting product validation and obtaining approvals to ensure an exceptional client experience throughout the integration process.Responsibilities:Gain extensive knowledge of all Nuvei API and integration products, including their functionality, features, and technical specifications, enabling the identification of deficiencies and fostering the development of new processes and enhancements to improve the client onboarding experience for both clients and Nuvei agents.Encourage innovation by not only maintaining existing systems but also promoting the adoption of new ideas, technologies, and best practices that bolster Nuvei’s competitive edge in the marketplace.In addition to supporting product delivery and new rollouts, the Implementation Engineer will conduct product sign-offs in the sandbox environment, assisting technical implementation and integration teams by providing critical support and insights to ensure effective operations.Deliver training sessions to empower support and customer-facing technical teams, enhancing their ability to serve clients. Contribute to the adoption of new technologies, tools, processes, and procedures aimed at continuously improving service quality.
