Our distributed team is looking for a new member to step into the role of Solution Consultant.About the RoleAs a Solution Consultant, you will play a vital role in delivering IT systems strategies, development, and integration services to our external clients. Collaborating closely with client organizations, you will evaluate their software, hardware, and network needs, offering tailored technology solutions that align with their business objectives.You will lead and contribute to various technology consulting projects, including Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) implementations, technology strategies, information systems security, data strategies, and systems architecture. Additionally, you will support custom system development, new system implementations, application migrations, and enterprise application integration (EAI), along with web, IP, and networking solutions.This position requires a client-focused approach, where your capability to translate business requirements into effective technology solutions will be essential to achieving successful outcomes.Your Key Responsibilities Include:Installing, configuring, and maintaining operational environments for our clients across Sweden and Norway.Providing municipalities with expertise in technical areas such as SQL Server, IIS, Azure, SAML/OIDC configuration, APIs, firewalls, and PKI certificate management.Acting as a technical authority in client implementation projects, collaborating with our development teams and business consultants.Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues to ensure stable and secure system operations.Continuously enhancing knowledge of our products and solutions as part of your onboarding and ongoing professional development.Participating in an on-call rotation to provide support for critical systems outside regular working hours.
