The Opportunity
This is not just an ordinary warehouse position. As Cozey's inaugural team member in Australia, you will be instrumental in establishing our fulfillment operations at our South Granville site. You will collaborate directly with our Country Manager and a technical specialist in the initial weeks to implement systems, receive our first shipments, and create the processes that will shape Cozey’s operations in Australia for years to come.

What You'll Be Doing
Fulfillment Centre Setup & Early Days
You will play a crucial role in launching Cozey’s new fulfillment centre. In the early weeks, you’ll help establish the groundwork for efficient, safe, and scalable operations.
- Assist in setting up the warehouse space, which includes racking, packing stations, labelling areas, and safety signage.
- Support inventory management and ensure accurate stock levels for smooth operations.
- Participate in the onboarding and training of new team members.
- Contribute to the development of operational procedures and best practices.
