Role Overview: Program Manager, Talent Acquisition Operations
The Program Manager, Talent Acquisition Operations will play a key part in building and improving the systems that power Zipline’s hiring. This is a high-impact, cross-functional individual contributor position suited for someone who thrives in ambiguity and can move between strategy and hands-on execution.
This role involves not just refining recruiting processes, but also designing and defining them. Success depends on close collaboration with Recruiting, People, Finance, and leadership teams to help shape a data-driven hiring engine.
