Qualifications

Proven experience as a Scrum Master or in a similar role within an Agile environment. Strong understanding of Scrum methodologies and Agile principles. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to coach and mentor team members on Agile best practices. Certification as a Scrum Master (CSM, PSM, or equivalent) is highly preferred. Experience with project management tools such as Jira or Trello is a plus.
