The ideal candidate will possess robust product management skills along with a deep, hands-on knowledge of the Salesforce platform, equipping them to make informed decisions in technically intricate scenarios, challenge unclear requirements, and effectively drive project delivery.Core Responsibilities:Roadmap and Strategy• Define and sustain a clear Salesforce roadmap in line with business objectives and platform advancements.• Transform strategic needs into organized initiatives rather than sporadic requests.• Plan and structure the integration of new business units or acquisitions into the Salesforce ecosystem, outlining the strategy for incorporating new teams, data, and processes into the current framework.Backlog and Intake Management• Take full ownership and actively drive the CRM backlog from start to finish.• Implement structured intake processes, ensuring all requests are thoroughly scoped and documented before entering the backlog.• Interpret and challenge business requirements, pushing back when they lack clarity, introduce unnecessary complexity, or conflict with platform best practices.Prioritization and Stakeholder Management• Lead the prioritization efforts across a diverse, global stakeholder ecosystem with competing demands.• Employ a consistent prioritization framework under pressure, balancing business value, technical risk, and platform integrity.• Clearly communicate priorities and trade-offs to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.Execution and Governance• Ensure clarity in execution, confirming that tasks are well-defined, acceptance criteria are established, and delivery teams are equipped to proceed.• Uphold governance compliance throughout all CRM change processes.
