The Role
As an Operations Manager focused on Internal AI, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that Legora's operational capacity keeps pace with our product development and customer needs. Your mission will be to identify opportunities for AI to enhance our internal workflows, implement actionable solutions, and empower teams across the organization to leverage AI effectively.
This position is highly collaborative, providing you the chance to utilize our products internally, foster experimentation with new tools, and promote their adoption throughout the company. Your key performance indicators will revolve around AI utilization and operational efficiency metrics.
You will collaborate closely with the Operations, IT, and Internal Communications teams to establish systems that integrate internal knowledge, tools, and support through AI. A major initiative will involve creating an internal AI support layer to enhance productivity and innovation.
