The Role
As the People Technology Manager, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and scaling our human resources systems, tools, and data infrastructure that support our growing workforce, which is expected to triple over the next 10 months. Reporting directly to the People Tech Lead, you will work hands-on with our HR technology stack while collaborating with various teams including People Enablement, IT, Finance, Legal, and business leaders. Your primary mission will be to ensure that our people infrastructure evolves ahead of our company's growth.
Your Responsibilities
System Management & Optimization
- Oversee, manage, and enhance our people technology stack, which includes HRIS, ATS, document management systems, and their cloud-based integrations.
- Configure systems to ensure scalability, security, and compliance with regulations while anticipating future needs.
