Position Overview:
As a Partner Sales Manager, you will play a crucial role in shaping and executing our partner strategy. Collaborating with top integrators across Europe and the US, you will work to enhance our market presence and drive sales of our AI-driven solutions. Your focus will be on fostering robust partnerships, designing operational processes, and ensuring our partners can successfully implement our offerings.
Your Key Responsibilities:
Partnership Development
Identify, cultivate, and support strategic integration partners such as Element Logic, TGW, Knapp, Vanderlande, and other key players across Europe and the US.
Sales Strategy Implementation
Develop and execute sales initiatives with partners, including licensing agreements and co-branded solutions.
Team Leadership and Training
Assemble a dedicated team to support partners and establish a comprehensive training program for their sales teams.
Process Optimization
Create efficient processes and standards to facilitate seamless collaboration with partners.
Revenue Management
Oversee revenue generation through partnerships and ensure achievement of defined KPIs.
Cross-Department Collaboration
Work closely with internal teams such as Product Management, Solutions Design, and Operations to support partner initiatives.
Customized Solutions Development
Design tailored, co-branded products that cater to the specific needs of integrators.
Travel Requirements
Engage in regular on-site visits to partners, accounting for approximately 50% travel time.
