Position DescriptionThe Change Management Practitioner will play a pivotal role in ensuring that change initiatives are executed on schedule and within budget, focusing on increasing employee adoption and engagement. This role will emphasize the human aspects of change, including adjustments to business processes, systems, technology, job roles, and organizational structures. The main responsibilities include developing and implementing communication and training materials to support the change management strategy. Though the Change Management Practitioner will not have direct supervisory duties, success in this position will depend on collaboration with various stakeholders across the organization. Additionally, support and coaching may be provided to frontline managers and supervisors as they assist their teams through transitions.
