Our Design Consultants visit pre-scheduled appointments in residential homes to deliver compelling sales presentations, equipping homeowners with all the information necessary to make informed, same-day decisions regarding their window and door replacement projects. Your Key Responsibilities:- Travel from your home to company-generated, pre-scheduled appointments with homeowners across the New Jersey/New York Metro area – no cold calling or door knocking required!- Conduct product demonstrations and provide customized quotes during in-home consultations.- Adhere to a value-based selling process, emphasizing honesty and integrity.- Participate in training sessions and regular sales meetings.- Perform additional duties as assigned. What We're Looking For:- A valid driver’s license (mandatory).- Ability and willingness to travel up to 2 hours daily for appointments (required).- Capacity to lift and transport sample materials weighing 40-60 lbs (required).- Proficiency in navigating various applications on an iPad (required).- Previous experience in outside sales is advantageous.- A strong willingness to learn our structured and proven sales methodology.- A passionate drive to close sales effectively.
