Digital Web Coordinator

Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled Digital Web Coordinator to serve as the primary point of contact for all US Commercial website deployments. The successful candidate will work closely with Client IT to prioritize the public website deployment queue in alignment with commercial objectives and legal/regulatory compliance. Key Responsibilities:1. Oversee asset handoff from third-party development agencies to Client IT.2. Validate basic requirements for each file package.3. Facilitate communication between the Celgene AWS platform team and the brand team, ensuring: a. User Acceptance Testing (UAT) readiness and approval. b. Execution of Change Requests. c. Coordination of Go-Live timing and notifications.4. Participate in the cross-functional digital committee focused on new projects and technologies.5. Act as a stakeholder for the Website Best Practices Extranet Portal and its documentation.6. Conduct weekly status calls with various stakeholders including HemOnc Agencies, Evoke Health (Otezla.com), Pixacore (Abraxane sites), and the Client Deployment Team to review schedules and align priorities.7. Provide support for the Nexxus Platform, serving as a point of contact for the Commercial Ops team in relation to third-party agency concerns regarding public websites and API functionality.Mobile Application Responsibilities:1. Act as a liaison between development agencies and the Client IT Solution Delivery team.2. Assist with mobile app deployments to Airwatch and public app stores.Involvement in IT Initiatives Affecting Commercial Operations:1. Manage Google Analytics 360 as the point of contact for agency partners and license resellers. This includes overseeing access management alongside third-party agencies responsible for implementation and analysis.2. Support improvements in the iPad ordering process, aiding the Service Desk in triaging requests and standardizing workflows as necessary.
