Proactively assess and mitigate risks, crafting contingency plans to minimize production schedule disruptions.Strategy & Planning: Formulate and implement long-term manufacturing strategies, including budget oversight, capacity planning, and capital expenditure proposals. Monitor and enhance Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) such as Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE), yield rates, and unit costs.Quality Management: Establish and maintain a comprehensive Quality Management System (QMS), ensuring ISO compliance and industry-specific certifications as necessary. Design, review, and enforce testing protocols to assess raw materials, in-process production, and final products, ensuring adherence to quality standards.
