Your Impact:
This unique role demands a combination of security, development skills, and expertise in the complete certification process. Beyond traditional DevOps responsibilities, you will have the chance to make substantial contributions to hands-on platform product development. To excel in this position, you will:
Oversee certification requirements, collaborating with external agencies for clarifications, and translating them into Epics and stories for team execution. Provide technical leadership to internal and external teams supporting certifications.
Lead certification initiatives while coordinating with DevOps, Product Managers, Security teams, certification agencies, and auditors.
Document and implement processes to introduce necessary controls aimed at general availability.
Spearhead multiple initiatives, develop proofs of concept (PoCs) as needed, and devise comprehensive plans considering all cross-functional dependencies for successful execution.
Engage in development tasks, actively participating in building features.
Mentor engineers and collaborate with peers and leaders to advance our programs.
