About the Role
As a Technical Lead for Motion Planning, you will spearhead the creation of advanced motion planning modules tailored for autonomous vehicles. Your leadership will be pivotal in designing, implementing, and deploying high-performance, kinematically feasible planning algorithms that adhere to stringent timing constraints across diverse operational landscapes.
In this capacity, you will mentor engineers, establish technical direction, ensure software quality, and collaborate with clients to comprehend their requirements and deliver impactful solutions. You will engage in cross-functional collaboration, driving best practices to scale autonomy technology effectively.
Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a talented team of software engineers focused on on-road behavior software and motion planning for autonomous navigation.
- Develop cutting-edge on-road behavior software and integrate machine learning components to enhance highway performance.
