As the Brand Manager at HelloFresh, you will play a pivotal role in activating our brand strategy in innovative and engaging ways throughout New Zealand. Reporting to the Associate Director of Brand for Meal Kits ANZ, you will become a key member of a dynamic marketing team committed to transforming the way people enjoy their meals.
This is a hands-on, strategic position located at our Chippendale headquarters in Sydney, requiring occasional travel to collaborate with our New Zealand team and local agency partners. - Lead the strategic development and execution of HelloFresh NZ brand initiatives.
- Create a top-notch, integrated brand marketing calendar while working in synergy with creative, product, and growth teams on both local and global levels.
- Become the go-to expert on the New Zealand consumer and media landscape, recognizing the unique local characteristics that define the market.
- Establish and maintain high-performing partnerships with external creative, PR, and media agencies to deliver insightful campaigns.
- Oversee and manage the annual NZ brand budget, ensuring timely execution of activities that yield strong ROI.
- Collaborate with Global Consumer Insights and data partners to assess campaign performance and report insights to C-level stakeholders.
- Work alongside CRM, Performance, and SEO teams to ensure consistent brand messaging across all customer touchpoints.
You have...
- A proven background in brand marketing (preferably digital-first) with a keen understanding of channel-specific communication strategies.
- Demonstrated experience in executing comprehensive Above The Line (ATL) activities, from media strategy to creative execution.
- A track record of briefing and managing creative and PR agencies to produce high-quality, localized marketing materials.
- The ability to leverage data and consumer insights to guide planning, test hypotheses, and analyze outcomes.
